No refunds, credits, or make-up classes will be offered for missed classes due to student absence, including illness, holidays, or other personal commitments.

In the case of a serious medical condition or injury that prevents a student from continuing classes, a partial credit may be considered at the discretion of Nachle Sydney. A valid medical certificate must be provided. Any approved credit will be applied toward future classes and must be used within a specified timeframe.

5. Class Cancellations by Nachle Sydney
If Nachle Sydney cancels a class due to unforeseen circumstances, a make-up class, credit, or alternative arrangement will be provided. Refunds will not typically be issued in such cases.

6. Withdrawal from Classes
Once enrolled in a term, fees remain payable in full. No refunds or credits will be issued for early withdrawal from a term.

7. Workshops, Events, and Performances
Fees paid for workshops, events, competitions, costumes, or performances are strictly non-refundable, as these involve advance bookings and third-party commitments.

8. Exceptional Circumstances
Any request for a refund outside of this policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Nachle Sydney management. Any approved refunds may be subject to administrative or processing fees.

9. Payment Disputes
Any payment disputes must be raised directly with Nachle Sydney. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in suspension of enrollment until the matter is resolved.
