Nachle sydney Terms & Conditions

Compliance with the Terms & Conditions is a requirement for enrolment.

NACHLE SYDNEY is committed to providing safe, exciting and positive learning environment and experience for each of our students. We believe that ethics – moral principles, respect for each other and etiquette are important elements in the dance world and should be part of a dancer’s education. In order to provide a safe and uplifting environment for our students, we ask all students and parents/guardians to adhere to the school’s terms and conditions.
  1. All parents/guardians and students will respect and cooperate with all teacher instructions and decisions.
  2. All parents/guardians and students will respect others in the class regardless of gender, culture, religion or ability.
  3. Students are required to only offer advice in class or on the dance floor when directly asked.
  4. Students participate at their own risk. Nachle Sydney accepts no liability for any injury that may be incurred while participating in dance classes or attending Nachle Sydney premises.
  5. Students are required to advise the instructor of any injuries or health concerns so the instructor can provide suitable modifications where required. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in classes, students knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim they may have against the owners, instructors, and assistants, individually or otherwise, of Nachle Sydney for damages, and injury that they may sustain as a result of participating in classes.
  6. Students will not hold responsible/sue Nachle Sydney, instructors or employees for any injuries suffered by the student caused whole or in part by his/her failure to follow the instructions of Nachle Sydney teachers or employees or by any physical impairment of their not fully disclosed to Nachle Sydney in writing.
  7. Your child’s attendance in class is very vital to their peers and our teaching staff. We require your commitment to ensure your child attends their classes on time each week and attends all classes/rehearsals planned for them. If you know ahead of time that your child will be absent due to holidays, other commitments or school trips, please let us know ahead of time so the class impact is minimal. If your child is too unwell to attend class, we ask that you inform us via Whats App or SMS as soon as you can so the teachers are aware and preparations can be made to catch up on any missed work.
  8. While every effort will be made to ensure a consistent timetable, occasionally classes may need to be cancelled or rescheduled and teachers many be changed at anytime throughout the year.
  9. All of our teachers have undergone official checks allowing them to work with children.
  10. We are unable to take responsibility for our students before or after their scheduled classes and it is the responsibility of the parent to ensure their child is picked up and dropped off on time. In the case of an emergency or unavoidable delay, please contact the teacher immediately to inform us of the situation so we can keep your child safe until they can be collected.
  11. Students are to arrive 5 minutes prior to their class, enter quietly so as not to disturb the previous class and be ready to begin their own class at the appointed time.
  12. Nachle Sydney does not guarantee any stage/public performances for their students every term.
  13. All choreography and class work taught in class by Nachle Sydney staff or guest teachers remains the intellectual property of Nachle Sydney and may not be used without permission from the school management.
  14. Nachle Sydney may use individual/group images/videos from classes, rehearsals, performances in their archiving, publicity, marketing, social media and other related activities.
  15. Additional costs will be incurred for costumes/accessories/hair and makeup which will be advised by the school for various performances. Payment should be made within the advised time frame.
  16. Students are asked to wear Nachle Sydney Uniform (applicable to kid’s classes): T-shirt (purchased from Nachle Sydney) and tights (personal) and flat shoes (personal – if required).
  17. Students should bring a bottle of water to each class. No food/chewing gum/coloured drinks are permitted in the class.
  18. Nachle Sydney accepts no responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, personal property of any kind, so keep your valuables with you at all times.
  19. In the rare case of a parent or student showing disrespect or defamation to another parent, staff member or student, a meeting will be called immediately and dismissal may be considered at the discretion of the school management. Physical, mental, emotional or cyber bullying by parents, staff or students will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the studio.
  20. In the unlikely event of an emergency, Nachle Sydney management are permitted to arrange medical/ambulance attention and parents/guardians agree to pay the associated costs.
  21. To avoid conflict of interest, students are strongly discouraged from enrolling with or performing for other dance schools that teach the same dance style as Nachle. This ensures loyalty to the school, consistency in learning, and protects the integrity of our performances and choreography.
  22. Students enrolled with Nachle Sydney are required to represent the school exclusively for dance-related competitions. Representation or participation with other dance schools is not permitted without prior written consent from Nachle Sydney.
  23. All Terms & Conditions are agreed to at the time of enrollment. Enrollment will not be processed without the Terms & Conditions being agreed to. No exceptions. It is the duty of parents and guardians to read the Terms & Conditions thoroughly before enrolling.
  24. Parent Access - For safety, privacy and to minimise disruption, parents are not permitted inside the studio premises during class time, unless they are enrolled as Nachle student themselves or have been specifically invited by the teacher or owners.
  25. Any damage caused to studio property, equipment, or facilities by a student during class time (whether intentional or due to negligence) may be the responsibility of the parent/guardian. Nachle Sydney reserves the right to recover reasonable costs for repair or replacement where applicable.
  26. CCTV - Nachle Sydney premises may be equipped with CCTV cameras, depending on the hire agreement of the studio space. These cameras are used solely for general safety and record-keeping purposes, and footage is only reviewed if required in the event of an incident. Cameras are not used for live class surveillance.
  27. Nachle Sydney reserves the right to update Terms & Conditions at any time.

        

FEES

  • Term fees must be paid by week 3 of the term via bank payment. Cash payment will not be accepted. A late payment fee of $10 will be added to the term fee, if payment is NOT received by week 3.

It is the right of the Nachle Sydney management to cease tuition for student(s) who do not adhere to the above Terms and Conditions.
